जिम्मेवार नागरिक का फर्ज निभाएं जिलेवासी, शारीरिक एवं सामाजिक दूरी का हर हाल में पालन करें :-उपायुक्त
जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त जामताड़ा गणेश कुमार ने मुख्य सचिव से प्राप्त दिशा-निर्देश के आलोक में जामताड़ा District Headquarter Urban Areas अन्तर्गत आने वाले कपड़े एवं जूता चप्पल की दुकानों को प्रतिदिन खोलने की अनुमति दी गई।शुक्रवार से अगले आदेश तक प्रतिदिन प्रातः 7:00 बजे से संध्या 07:00 बजे तक दुकानें खुलेंगी पूर्व में निर्गत अतिरिक्त गतिविधियों की अनुमति पूर्व की तरह मान्य होंगे एवं कार्यरत रहेंगे,अन्य सभी गतिविधियों पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा मुख्य सचिव, झारखण्ड राॅंची के ज्ञापांक 684/CS राॅंची दिनांक 18.06.2020 द्वारा प्राप्त निदेश एवं Under Clause 5 of MHA Order no. 40-3/2020-DM-I(A)Dated 30th May 2020 के आलोक में Outside Containment zones(s) में जामताड़ा जिले में पूर्व से संचालित गतिविधियों के अलावे केवल निम्न अतिरिक्त गतिविधियों की अनुमति दिनांक 19.06.2020 से अगले आदेश तक प्रतिदिन प्रातः 07.00 बजे से संध्या 07.00 बजे तक प्रदान की गई हैः-
- Shops selling cloth/ readymade garments/ hosiery in district headquarter urban areas.
• Shops selling readymade garments shall ensure that trial room is not used by the customers.
• Any customer apparently having cough/ breathing problems to be denied entry and my asked to immediately contact nearest health facility. - Shops selling footwear in district headquarter urban areas. उपरोक्त के अलावे पूर्व में निर्गत अतिरिक्त गतिविधियों की अनुमति संबंधी आदेश भी पूर्व की ही भाॅंति मान्य होंगे एवं कार्यरत रहेंगे।
- अन्य सभी गतिविधियाॅं जिनकी अनुमति इस आदेश में या पूर्व निर्गत आदेशों में नहीं दी गई है वे पूर्व की ही भाॅंति प्रतिबंधित रहेंगे।
तदनुसार जिले में निम्न गतिविधियाॅं प्रतिबंधित रहेगी। 1. Online sale of non-essential items by E-commerce.
- Spas/ salons/ barber shops.
- Hotels/ lodges/ dharamshalas/ restaurants (dine in) and other hospitality services.
- Shopping malls.
- Religious places/ places of worship for public.
- Stadiums/ sports complex/ clubs.
- Cinema halls, gymnasiums, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theaters, bars and auditoriums, assembly halls and similar places.
- Social/ political/ sports/ entertainment/ academic/ cultural/ religious functions/ fairs and other large congregations.
- Schools/ colleges/ educational/ training/ coaching institutions etc.
- Interstate and intrastate transport by bus.
- Movement of individuals shall remain strictly prohibited between 09.00 PM to 05.00 AM throughout the District except for essential activities.
- Wearing of face cover/ mask is compulsory in public places, in work places, and during transport.
- Individuals must maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet in public places.
- Marriage related gatherings shall ensure social distancing and the maximum number of persons in such gatherings shall not be more than 50. All the persons in the gathering shall wear face cover/ mask.
- Funeral/ last rites related gatherings shall ensure social distancing and the maximum number of persons in the gathering shall not be more than 20. All the persons in the gathering shall wear face cover/ mask.
- Movement of individuals into the state by private vehicles/ taxi shall continue to require E entry pass. There shall be no requirement of E pass for any other movement of individuals within the state or for leaving the state.
- Spitting in public places shall be prohibited.
- Consumption of liquor, paan, gutka, tobacco and tobacco products in public places is prohibited.
- Persons above 65 years, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women and children below the age of 10 years are advised to stay at home, except for essential and health purposes.
- All individuals are advised to install the Aarogya Setu application on compatible mobile phones and regularly update their health status on the app.
Work places
- All persons in charge of work places will ensure adequate distance between workers, adequate gaps between shifts, staggering of lunch breaks etc.
- Staggering of work/ business hours shall be followed in work places.
- With a view to ensuring safety in offices and work places, employers on best effort basis should ensure that Aarogya Setu is installed by all employees having compatible mobile phones.
- Provision for thermal scanning, hand wash and sanitizer will be made at all entry and exit points and common areas in work places.
- Workplaces would ensure frequent sanitization of entire workplace; common facilities and all points which frequently come into human contact e.g. door handles etc.
- Work place to ensure that any worker suffering from fever/ cough/ breathing problem does not come to place and is referred to nearest health facility.
Shops
- Shops will not allow more than 5 persons at one time.
- Provision for sanitizer will be made at all entry point.
- All persons in charge of shops will ensure adequate distance between workers as well as between customers.
- Wearing of face cover/ mask is compulsory by workers and customers.
- Hand gloves may be worn by all the workers.
- Shops would ensure frequent sanitization throughout the day of all points which frequently come into human contact e.g. door handles, surface of table/counter etc.
- Shops would ensure sanitization of entire workplace and common facilities at the beginning of the day and end of the day.
- Shops would ensure that list of all customers visiting the shops is maintained with their address and mobile numbers.
- Shops to ensure that any worker suffering from fever/ cough/ breathing problem does not attend the shop and is referred to nearest health facility.
- Shops selling readymade garments shall ensure that trial room is not used by the customers.
- Any customer apparently having cough/ breathing problems to be denied entry and my asked to immediately contact health facility
Transport
- The guidelines issued by Transport secretary for public transport vide letter no 01/21/2020-1204 dated 01.06.2020 and of this office order no 547 Conf dated 01.06.2020 shall be strictly complied with.
- उपरोक्त शर्तों के उल्लंघन करते हुए पाए जाने पर सबंधित दुकानों/प्रतिष्ठानों के विरुद्ध सुसंगत धाराओं के तहत क़ानूनी कार्रवाई की जायेगी एवं उनका लाईसेंस रद्द कर दिया जायेगा।
