OM SHARMA, आसनसोल, 13 नवंबर 2020: आसनसोल रेल मंडल ने “ऐरो” और “स्टेटस” (“ARROW” & “STATUS”) नाम से दो एंड्रॉइड एप्लिकेशन विकसित किए हैं जो नई भर्तियों के मामले में कार्यालयों में जाकर अधिकारियों से मिले बगैर उनकी भर्ती की वर्तमान स्थिति को देखने में मदद करेगी और दूसरी ओर रेलवे कर्मचारियों को उनके स्थानांतरण संबंधी आवेदन की वर्तमान स्थिति को देखने में भी मदद करेगी। श्री सुमित सरकार, मंडल रेल प्रबंधक, आसनसोल ने आज (13.11.2020) मंडल कार्मिक अधिकारी (प्रभारी) सुश्री ई.एस.सिमिक के साथ मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यालय आसनसोल के नए सभा कक्ष में इसका उद्घाटन किया।
1. ऐरो: आसनसोल मंडल रेल भर्ती बोर्ड/ रेल भर्ती सेल (आरआरबी/आरआरसी) और अन्य भर्ती विंडो : यह ऐप नई भर्तियों के मामले में कार्यालयों में गए बगैर उनकी भर्ती की वर्तमान स्थिति को देखने में मदद करेगा। सभी रेल भर्ती बोर्ड/ रेल भर्ती सेल (आरआरबी/आरआरसी), अनुकम्पा के आधार पर नियुक्ति, स्पोर्ट्स कोटा, स्काउट्स एंड गाइड्स कोटा के तहत भर्ती होने वाले उम्मीदवार इस ऐप का लाभ उठा सकते हैं। यूनिट एडमिन अपने डैशबोर्ड से भर्ती की स्थिति की निगरानी करने और विविध प्रकार के रिपोर्ट तैयार करने में भी सक्षम होंगे।

2. स्टेटस: स्मार्ट ट्रांसफर एप्लिकेशन ट्रैकिंग यूटिलिटी सिस्टम: इस ऐप के माध्यम से एक रेलवे कर्मचारी बगैर मंडल कार्यालय गए परस्पर स्थानान्तरण या निजी अनुरोध पर दोनों प्रकार के अपने स्थानांतरण आवेदन की वर्तमान स्थिति (अंतरमंडलीय या अंतर्रेलवे) को देख सकता है। इसके अलावा यह स्थापना अधिकारियों और यूनिट एडमिन को उनके डैशबोर्ड से प्रगति की निगरानी करने में भी मदद करेगा। इसके जरिए प्रगति की निगरानी के लिए विविध रिपोर्टें तैयार की जा सकेगी ।

“ARROW” and “STATUS” TWO INNOVATIVE ANDROID MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPED BY ASANSOL DIVISION

Asansol Division has developed two Android Application “ARROW” and “STATUS” which will help the new recruits to view the current status of their recruitment without visiting the offices and other which will help railway employees to view the current status of their transfer application has been inaugurated by Shri Sumit Sarkar, Divisional Railway Manager, Asansol along with Ms. E.S.Simick /DPO(I/C) at New Conference Room, DRM’s Office Asansol today(13.11.2020).
1. ARROW: Asansol Division RRB/RRC & Other recruitment Window: This app will help the new recruits to view the current status of their recruitment without visiting the offices. All Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Compassionate Ground, Sports Quota, Scouts & Guides quota appointees can enjoy the benefit of this App. Unit admin will also be able to monitor the status of recruitment from her dashboard and generate various Miscellaneous reports.
2. STATUS: Smart Transfer Application Tracking Utility System: Through this app a railway employee will be able to view the current status of his transfer application (Inter Division or Inter Railway), both mutual and own request without visiting the divisional office. Further this will also help the establishment officers and Unit Admin to monitor the progress from their dashboard. Various Miscellaneous reports can be generated to monitor progress.
